Management and Program Analysis Support

Provide analysis and advice to management on the effectiveness of Government programs and operations and the productivity and efficiency of the management of processes. Skills include fact finding and investigative techniques, statistical analysis, development of presentations and reports.

Information Technology

From Help Desk, computer programming and Web Master duties to design, development, deployment and maintenance of network and network services, including hardware, software, systems integration, security management and test and evaluation. Possess current DoD knowledge of IT policies and protocols, guidelines and standards. Distribute unclassified messages via Local Area Network and classified messages via secure electronic connection. Support for Research Development Test and Evaluation (RTD&E) network configuration data and clients.

Human Resource Management

Management analysis, veteran-friendly recruiting, training, administrative and employee recognition support. HR metrics developed through data collection, analysis and close collaboration with base HR management. On-site training and Video Teleconference (VTC) coordination. Comprehensive training and academic program preparation and records management.


Analyze statistics related to acquisition operations and recommend procedural and process changes to improve efficiency. Provide personnel with current knowledge of contracting processes, supporting documents and reference material to determine actions required and knowledge of DoD supply regulations, policies and procedures.

Facility Management

Computer-based trouble ticket maintenance management system. Furniture design, construction, coordination, delivery and inventory. Plumbing and electrical repairs. HVAC service calls, flooring, painting, client relocation. Prepare facilities drawings and drafting by hand or AUTOCAD based on Government Furnished Information.

Supply, Provisioning & Warehouse Support

Services in support for MILSTRIP ordering, CARCASS tracking, cataloging or supply identification systems, materials in transit or other related supply activities including those associated with mechanized or manual supply accounting systems. Code and classify requisitions, shipping orders and support for items requiring special handling. Coordinate and track supply actions with transportation resources. Perform a full range of warehouse functions in accordance with DoD regulations, including inventory management, inventory control, 100% inventory audit, inspection, quantity correction, issuing, receipt, storage and handling, inventory, kitting and general warehouse maintenance.

Financial Management

General and cost accounting for comprehensive travel and voucher review. Analyze, prepare and present financial results, identify deviations and make future predictions. Analyze and process Cost Center files and Cost Distribution files in ERP to provide asset reconciliation.

Executive Business Support

Coordinate and carry out all day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks that are typically required to accomplish the work under the jurisdiction of the persons assisted. Prepare required documentation, coordinate processes and maintain databases and records.


CDL Class B qualified drivers, CAT 3 crane operators and qualified forklift drivers. Provide blocking, bracing, packing, crating and tie-down services to ensure safe movement of government material and sensitive equipment locally and throughout the United States at lower costs. Provide crane and rigger support to and from off-base warehouse facilities and at sea.


Provide administrative support by maintaining security schedules, records, databases, and files, including local and APACS visit requests, badge requests, personnel records, industrial security files, training/briefing records, Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) database, outgoing official correspondence and security classification guidelines.
